Fulton’s Vertical Coil design hot oil boiler offers a compact, fuel-fired, 4-pass heater design capable of operating temperatures up to 750°F (400°C) with heater sizes from 800,000 BTU/hr to 14,000,000 BTU/hr output. This hot oil heater is designed to allow for high fluid velocities and low film temperatures, which translates into system longevity. Fulton hot oil boilers are built and tested in accordance with ASME Code Section I or ASME Code Section VIII, Div.1.
Fulton’s Vertical Electric hot oil boiler/thermal fluid heater features top-mounted, multiple, low-watt density elements. This hot oil boiler is available with operating temperatures of up to 650°F (340°C) and output between 75,000 BTU/hr to 1,720,000 BTU/hr. Fulton’s heaters are built and tested in accordance with ASME code section or ASME Code Section VIII, Div. 1.
Fulton’s Horizontal Coil design hot oil boiler/thermal fluid heater utilizes a 3-pass design allowing for high fluid velocities and low film temperatures. The hot oil boiler/thermal fluid heaters are available between 2,400,000 BTU/hr to 20,000,000 BTU/hr output and maximum operating temperatures up to 650°F (340°C). These hot oil boilers are built and tested in accordance with ASME Code Section I or ASME Code Section VIII, Div. 1.
